I’m Joolia Gilvey, founder of The Clinic and your lead nurse injector. My nursing journey began in 2009, specialising in elderly and end-of-life care, which ignited my passion for helping others. After becoming a registered nurse, l gained extensive experience across the NHS and private sectors, working in surgical, medical, and community nursing.

Around the age of 40, I noticed changes in my own appearance, which sparked my interest in medical aesthetics. In 2014, I took my first course on Harley Street and soon after launched my own clinic in Thorpe End. After studying my Master’s modules in evidence-based practice and independent nurse prescribing, I’ve now opened The Clinic in a beautiful location in Norwich.

I’m passionate about positive ageing, tweakments, and skincare, and my goal is to ensure that every patient leaves feeling incredible. I’m thrilled to share my vision and introduce you to our amazing team, who are ready to help you achieve your skin and wellness goals. Hi l’m Natalie one of the nurse injectors at The Clinic. I qualified as a nurse back in 2003 and during my 21 years I’ve had various roles in the nursing world. I became really passionate and excited about aesthetics when I became one of Joolia’s patients, around 4 years ago.

I started to dislike the way my face looked with age so l went to see Joolia. She was just so knowledgeable, helpful & reassuring, so passionate about her safety. This inspired me to take the leap to do my training which Joolia has supported me with all the way.

I think it’s also really helpful for practitioners to understand what it’s like to undergo the treatments yourself. I’ve had multiple different treatments over the past few years which helped to keep my skin refreshed and just keep me looking a bit more youthful.

My favourite treatment has got to be microneedling, The proton pen particularly is really great. You can control both the depth and speed, & adapt the treatment to suit different patient needs.

You can see fabulous results with minimum downtime and use it alongside other treatments in the clinic. I also really love to use exosomes to speed up the recovery process.

Hello, I’m Stephanie and I’m one of the nurse injectors here at The Clinic. I’m a nurse, wife, mum to two little boys and a dog parent. In my spare time l love to spend quality time making memories with my family, catching up with friends and on the rare occasion I have child-free time I’m a fan of a bottomless brunch.

I’ve been a registered nurse on the NMC register since 2014 with over 13 years experience to date in the NHS. I’ve always had an interest in aesthetics and skin care and when I reached my mid-20s. I looked into training within this industry after having treatments myself. Within aesthetic nursing, I can combine my passion for looking after others with boosting confidence with natural-looking enhancements and advanced skincare treatments.

My current favourite treatment is Wow Fusion and the mask which focuses on rejuvenating the skin from within. It is a mixture of microneedling and mesotherapy containing a personalised skincare solution based on your own skincare needs. Healthy skin is always in.

My name is Sharon and I have been a dedicated laser technician for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the incredible technology behind laser treatments and the transformative results they can achieve.

The versatility of laser treatments continues to inspire me. I remain passionate about meeting new patients, performing their treatments and watching their progress unfold.

It’s truly rewarding to help people feel more confident in their own skin. Although I’m new to The Clinic, I previously worked alongside two of our wonderful team members for several years.

It’s a privilege to now be part of such a professional and welcoming team, and I look forward to providing exceptional care and results for every patient I meet.

Hello, I’m Anthea, also known as Ants.  As part of the front-of-house team, I help to oversee the day to day running of The Clinic, to guarantee a seamless patient experience. I aim to deliver the highest quality of care for all our lovely patients.

My favourite product is NAD+ which I’ve been taking at home for 2 months. It’s brilliant and has given me extra energy and focus. As we age, the levels of NAD in our bodies decrease, which can affect how well our cells function.

You can take these supplements to boost your NAD levels to help improve energy, slow down ageing, and support your overall health.

I also love having my Neogen treatments, it has significantly sharpened my sagging jawline. At The Clinic, we use it mostly for facial rejuvenation as it gives the skin a fresher, more youthful look.

Outside of work, I love to travel and enjoy blogging about it afterwards.

Hi I’m Elaine, The Clinic Business Development Manager and also Personal Assistant to Joolia Gilvey.

As the title would suggest, I’m a busy bee! I wear many hats throughout the day but my main roles entail building strong relationships with our clients, reps and suppliers. Identifying new opportunities to expand our services to our patients and help Joolia in the day to day running of The Clinic. I work closely with our lovely team to support the success and smooth running of The Clinic and ensure we offer exceptional care and results.

Life at home is just as busy! I’m a mum, a wife, and have a bonkers dog. I have a passion for nature, flowers, wildlife, and birds. If you can’t find me, I’ll be in the garden with my binoculars

Hi, my name is Emma and I am part of the front-of-house team at The Clinic.

I am absolutely loving all the products and treatments that are offered here and I’m trying them all out for myself. This helps me understand the products and be able to offer personal recommendations. My favourite product has to be Interdermology Synergy 6, which is an SPF50. l used to be really deterred from wearing SPFs on my skin – they are often very greasy in nature and they can really look like you have them on, creating a white cast. But l love this product! It’s made in the UK and it has really changed my mindset about wearing sunscreen. It isn’t like the other SPF’s I’ve worn before. Hopefully I will soon see the benefits of daily application which will continue over the years.

My favourite treatment has to be Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I know more about it now as l am responsible for assisting people into the chamber. After completing the comprehensive training, I understand the science behind it and the medical benefits of undergoing Oxygen Therapy. If I’m having an afternoon crash of energy I find it really picks me up, it really boosts my energy levels and I really have seen the difference. I’m loving that at the moment.

I’m just generally having the best experience since I started working here.

A seasoned Emergency Medicine Consultant with over 25 years of clinical experience across the UK, UAE, and Canada. I bring a dual expertise in emergency and aesthetic medicine, having practised advanced aesthetic procedures—including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and sclerotherapy—for more than two decades.

My career includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Medical Officer and Associate Medical Director, where I led initiatives focused on service transformation, clinical governance, and patient safety in both the UK and UAE.

Academically, I hold an MSc in International Healthcare Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education. I’ve made significant contributions to medical education as an adjunct clinical professor at medical schools in the UK, UAE, and Canada, and as a faculty member for various life support and trauma courses.

I am actively involved in clinical research, with published work and investigator roles in emergency care innovation. Outside of medicine, I have a passion for motorsports and have served as a trackside medic at high-profile events, including Formula One and the World Rallycross Championship.

We are delighted to welcome Dr Curtis E. Emordi to The Clinic as our Medical Director. With his extensive experience across emergency and aesthetic medicine, Dr Emordi brings exceptional clinical expertise, leadership, and depth of knowledge to our team. His appointment further strengthens our commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, and medically led aesthetic care here at The Clinic, under the guidance of Joolia Gilvey and her dedicated clinical team.
